根據行政院衛生福利部最新統計，台灣胃食道逆流盛行率高達20％，相當於每5人就有1人有胃食道逆流的困擾；刊登在《美國胃腸病學雜誌》的一項研究指出，反覆出現胃酸逆流的症狀，罹患食道腺癌機率是一般人的7.7倍！
提醒你，胃食道逆流突然發作時，可以嚼無糖口香糖，促進唾液分泌，中和胃酸緩解不適。如果反覆發作，請掛腸胃科醫生喔！

山竹颱風暴風圈大 氣象局最快中午前發布海警
（中央社記者陳葦庭台北14日電）氣象局預報員劉沛滕說，強颱山竹明天最接近台灣，雖不直接侵台，由於強颱山竹暴風半徑有300公里，近海風浪仍大，因此最快中午前就會發布海上颱風警報。
中央氣象局觀測，今年第22號颱風山竹今天凌晨2時位在鵝鑾鼻東南東方1070公里海面上，正持續朝西北西移動，不直接影響台灣，明天距離台灣最近，由於7級暴風半徑有300公里，對台灣近海影響仍大，容易有明顯風浪，外圍環流也會為台灣南部及東南部帶來明顯雨勢，因此最快將在中午前發布海上颱風警報。
他說，今天白天各地仍大多為多雲到晴，僅東半部地區及恆春半島有局部短暫陣雨，中午過後各地山區有局部短暫雷陣雨的機率，但區域不會太多，入夜之後受颱風外圍環流影響，東半部地區降雨將逐漸增強，明天恆春半島、東半部地區及屏東山區可能會有大豪雨以上的降雨，台南以北僅有局部短暫陣雨。
氣溫方面，西半部因受沉降增溫影響，高溫約攝氏34到36度，東半部高溫約32到33度，請民眾注意防曬多補充水分。
氣象局提醒，今天沿海已經有長浪，隨著颱風逐漸接近並持續增強，民眾應避免前往海邊活動，航行作業船隻也要嚴加戒備。（編輯：李亨山）1070914
