估百人來萬人 陳其邁：我也嚇到了

民進黨高雄市長候選人陳其邁為了感謝長期支持他的「邁粉」，今（8）日下午特別舉行「感謝有你」咖啡見面會，吸引超過萬人到場響應。對於高雄民眾的熱情支持，陳其邁坦言自己也嚇到了，非常謝謝大家。

陳其邁表示，他剛才看網路報名的大概有1萬個，這次活動舉辦得比較倉促，本來想說幾百個就差不多了，沒想到人那麼多，也嚇一跳，非常謝謝大家。對他來說，大家都非常疼惜他，他也很感謝所有投給他或是沒投給他的人，都是為了讓高雄更好，所以投下他的一票。
陳其邁說，我們何其有幸可以做一個台灣人，能夠自由自在地生活，說自己想說的話，我們應該要好好珍惜，在這個邏輯下，應該有很多事情要超越藍綠，尤其這段時間他也了解到，年輕人非常辛苦，要全力幫助年輕朋友，讓他們更有希望，所以他也會集結他的好朋友或是「邁粉」，幫高雄多做一些什麼。

今年的亞太經合會APEC將在巴布亞新幾內亞舉行，外傳我國今年將由台積電創辦人張忠謀出任領袖代表與會，這個消息雖然還沒有得到證實，但蔡總統今天(14號)頒授「一等卿雲勳章」給張忠謀，表彰他對台灣高科技的貢獻。張忠謀趁機提醒，台積電面臨水電、土地、人才等資源的挑戰，這一點需要政府和各界繼續支持（繆宇綸報導）
總統表示，贈勳是要表彰張忠謀長期以來，對國家和高科技業的貢獻，張忠謀是她非常敬重的前輩，在國政上也給她很多建議。台積電為台灣建立完整的半導體產業體系，帶動IC產業的蓬勃發展，獨創晶圓代工模式，創造極大產值。一直以來，台積電堅持技術根留台灣，目前全球第一的5奈米新廠，已在南科動工；3奈米製程，更是未來雲端運算、人工智慧、還有5G 處理器的主要運用核心。張忠謀用技術、創新和熱情，讓世界看到台灣『對台積電正在發展中的5奈米、3奈米製程，政府一定會鼎力支持，讓張創辦人所奠定的基礎，能夠為台灣社會帶來更多的發展跟成果！』
張忠謀則表示，他首先感謝總統給他這麼大的榮譽，能夠得到這份榮譽，主要是對過去30多年創立、領導台積電，對台灣經濟成長做了一些貢獻的肯定，他要把這份榮譽和全體台積電同仁共享。張忠謀說，現在的台積電仍然要面對許多挑戰，首先是大市場國家主義的興起，包括美國、中國大陸和日本的國家主義，必須要有充分智慧，讓台積電可以有公平競爭的機會『再一個挑戰是資源的挑戰，包括土地、水、電、人才等等，這個台積電會需要政府跟各界的繼續支持......』
張忠謀說，競爭者會繼續挑戰台積電的地位，這樣的競爭不會停止，但他相信，也期待台積電能持續努力團結合作，一定可以像過去一樣再創奇蹟，對這塊土地做出最大貢獻。
