華裔球星林書豪上周因左腳踝扭傷缺席2場比賽，前役復出對戰勇士繳出14分5籃板5助攻的不錯成績單，但今天在第一節4分多鐘時登場，很快地就在1分42秒被換下場，當時傳出是因背部拉傷，中場休息時，老鷹記者在推特證實消息。
林書豪確定退場後，老鷹在第三節轟下45:28，從20分以上落後到第四節一開打只差5分，可惜之後沒有延續火力，巫師主控John Wall因個人因素缺戰，「雙槍」靠Bradley Beal獨撐大局，攻下36分6籃板9助攻，幫助球隊拿下勝利。
老鷹新秀主控Trae Young手感不是太好，全場13投4中，拿到14分5助攻，全隊以前鋒John Collins的26分14籃板最佳，後衛Kent Bazemore挹注22分2籃板。

諾用20％綠電、3.7萬噸再生水 南科台積電3奈米廠環差一次過關

15日下午環保署進行南科台南園區第10次環差的第一次初審，此案是為了台積電3奈米廠，雖然沒有增加開發面積，但是需水量、污水量、用電量都因此大增，一度遭民間團體質疑應該重作環評。但在南科承諾20%使用綠電、使用再生水最多7.3萬CMD下，小組於第一次初審放行，建議此案通過。
台積電則表示，預定2020年開工，目標18個月內完成建廠，這個投資約為6000億元。
需水、需電量大增卻免環評 環團抨不合理
為了滿足台積電3奈米廠建廠，南科台南園區這次的環差提出變更，比起變更前，用水量增加超過30％來到32.5萬CMD、用電量增加超過40％，達到299.5萬瓩、廢水增量30％、廢棄物增量超過10％。
環團地球公民基金會、環境權保障基金會紛紛質疑，這些資源需求與排放量都對環境有影響，規模與污染增量相當巨大，直接用面積來推估環境影響並不合理。不過環保署綜計處主張，當時南科開發送審時，即是以都市計劃土地超過5公頃的面積需環評，因此環差時也必須再以面積來認定；且民間所在意的污染量，在環評總量其實是下修的。因此小組並未對是否重作環評多做討論。 用電299.5萬瓩從高雄送 承諾使用綠電20％
南科表示，用電的需求，從原本推估的222萬瓩，再提高到299.5萬瓩，如此巨大的用電量，主要將從高雄大林電廠提供。地球公民基金會主任李翰林指出，大林電廠是燃煤電廠，此舉是讓空污已相當嚴重的高雄要再承受，卻不見台南、高雄兩市協調此事，今日的環差審查高市府也是缺席。
李翰林問，全球電子供應鏈龍頭Google、Apple紛紛把100％再生能源列為目標，要求下游供應商符合要求，台灣的再生能源正在發展，台積電應承諾使用更高比例的綠電，才是負責任的作法。
南科園區管理局局長林威呈表示，台積電一定需要穩定的供電，20％已是勉強，若想要提高到30％，可能就不能動了。
但環委劉希平提醒，這等於整個大林電廠的發電都給南科了，但南科卻說，台電能穩定供應綠電才會買，只想出錢買，卻不願意在綠電發展上出力，不夠負責。劉希平建議，雖然台積電自身要再提高綠電的使用有難度，但應該去協助學校等機關使用太陽能，如此才能減緩尖峰用電的需求。 等再生水廠上線 最高使用7.3萬噸CMD再生水
台南園區的需水量，也因為台積電的3奈米製程，從原本的25萬噸CMD增加為32.5萬噸CMD，但當台南地區的再生水廠可提供符合園區需求水質的再生水時，將會採用最高7.3萬噸CMD的再生水，並將配合台南市政府推動再生水換水計畫，提供補貼差價與替換自來水，預估園區廠商最大可以換水1萬噸CMD，不過，其餘的用水仍須以自來水供應。
