兩立委補選避開學測1月27日舉行

【台灣醒報記者許嘉琪台北報導】為了台北市長候選人姚文智、台中市長候選人盧秀燕辭去立法委員職務，遺留的台北市第二選舉區及台中市第五選舉區的立委空缺。中選會將於108年1月27日進行台北區以及台中區的立委缺額補選。而另外3席因當選縣市長而出缺的立委補選，將另行安排在3月24日之前舉行。

此次九合一大選，共有5個區域立委因選前請辭或是當選縣市長而留下缺額。台北市第二選舉區前立委姚文智、台中市第五選舉區前立委盧秀燕分別於11月18日、11月20日辭去立法委員職務，依法應在3個月內完成補選投票。

中選會原訂補選日期為明年1月26日，但行政院3日表示，26日當天強碰大學學測，為避免影響學生權益，建議延後1天舉辦。中選會4日下午緊急召開委員會，決議採納各界意見，將補選日改為1月27日，投票起止時間為上午8時至下午4時。

中選會表示，6日將公告候選人登記日期及必備事項；10日至14日受理候選人登記申請。而隔年1月4日前會完成審定候選人名單，並通知抽籤；1月7日完成選舉人名冊編造；1月10日候選人抽籤決定號次；1月16日公告候選人名單；1月17日至26日辦理公辦政見發表會；1月27日投票；1月31日公告當選人名單。

另外，彰化縣長王惠美、台南市長黃偉哲、金門縣長楊鎮浯轉戰地方首長成功，但因未請辭，所以仍具立委身分。依規定，12月25日就職當天視同立委辭職生效，因此這3個區域，最遲會於3月24日前完成補選投票。

酒店妹抓鳥塞下體男拒絕被告性侵

桃園市一名黃姓男子帶酒店妹出場前往摩鐵唱歌，拒絕發生性關係卻被告性侵！

根據《聯合報》報導，黃姓男子在3年前帶著酒女出場，前往摩鐵歡。黃男回憶，當時酒店妹一進房間就講了一通長達5分鐘的電話，接著開始挑逗黃男、主動抓他重要部位往自己下體塞，兩人正要交合時，黃男懷疑是仙人跳決定拒絕，並跑到浴室。

沒想到酒店妹仍不放棄，也跟著進入浴室為他口交。事後，酒店妹表示父親要來接自己，和黃男討了1千元後離去，卻控告黃男1小時內二度性侵。當時載走酒店妹的計程車司機也說，酒店內只穿一條內褲、哭著由摩鐵跑出來。

但法官認為，若真是性侵，黃男豈會由著酒店妹打電話、自行離開。且根據計程車司機和酒店妹的通聯紀錄，兩人對於時間點描述不符合，加上司機未目擊現場狀況，僅是聽酒店妹單方說詞，最終因無法認定黃男有性侵，法院判處他無罪。
