When combined with the CARRYCOT you can use the Hauck Soul Plus right from birth and provide your little one a cosy and safe place to snuggle up. The carrycot can be attached easily to the chassis via the Easy-Fix system. The CAR SEAT Comfort Fix which you can also use right from birth can be attached to the chassis as easily as the carrycot. Once you are back at your car, you can single-handedly release the car seat from the chassis and attach it to the seat of your car instead. Due to its light weight you can convert the sports seat easily - this way your little one can either face your or explore the surroundings. 同性伴侶註記3951對 雙北台中最多
（中央社記者劉麗榮、劉冠廷台北8日電）根據內政部統計，3年多來全國已有3951對同性伴侶註記，最多的前三名為台北市、新北市和台中市。民進黨立委尤美女說，不能單靠縣市政府的善意，一定要同性婚姻合法化，才能保障權益。
內政部官員表示，從施行同性註記以來，六都包括台北市共有818對、新北市743對、台中市694對、桃園市442對、台南市238對與高雄市173對，全台已有3951對完成註記。
高雄市在104年5月20日率全國之先辦理同性伴侶註記後，全國多數縣市陸續跟進，內政部去年並開放跨區受理。
長期關注同婚的民進黨立委尤美女今天表示，這數目不算少，但當然有很多人可能覺得大法官會議解釋後，就直接等著結婚就好，不用去註記。
尤美女說，註記並沒有法律的效果，雖然勞動部與衛福部表達有註記可以簽署手術同意書等伴侶權益，但是有的縣市還是不給註記，所以一定要同性婚姻合法化，才能得到真正的權利，否則都只是各縣市政府的善意。
她也說，若只是善意，卻拿不到任何的權益，去註記等於出櫃，可能就會馬上被歧視或霸凌，這就是為什麼同志需要同性婚姻。
大法官748號解釋，認定現行民法沒有保障同性婚姻違憲，立法機關應在兩年內，也就是明年5月24日前完成立法保障同性婚姻，但對於是要立專法還是修民法，各界意見不一，甚至引發對立。
今年九合一選舉合併舉行公投，幸福盟提出的「你是否同意民法婚姻規定應限定在一男一女的結合？」等愛家3公投過關，依公投法規定，行政院已表示，明年3月前將提出保障同性婚姻的專法草案，送交立法院審議。（編輯：張均懋）1071208

（中央社雪梨16日綜合外電報導）多家媒體今天報導，牙買加短跑天王「閃電」波特（Usain Bolt）可能在馬爾他獲得兩年職業足球隊合約，前進歐洲足壇。波特日前在澳洲的足球場上小試身手，進球表現吸引目光。
現年32歲的波特去年從田徑場上退役，今年8月抵達澳洲後，與中央海岸水手隊（Central Coast Mariners）展開隨隊訓練，追尋兒時夢想，希望成為足球員。
波特12日在雪梨隨著中央海岸水手隊出戰季前熱身賽，對上麥克阿瑟西南聯隊（Macarthur South West United），這位男子短跑100公尺及200公尺世界紀錄保持人踢進兩球，這是他轉戰職業足壇首度進球。
「雪梨每日電訊報」（Sydney Daily Telegraph）報導說，馬爾他（Malta）球隊法勒他隊（Valletta FC）已正式提出合約，包括讓他出戰即將到來的馬爾他超級盃（Maltese Super Cup）決賽。
