失智衝擊大！台灣人求助失智症關懷專線 5年多4倍

藝人謝祖武最近在電視劇中以精湛演技詮釋一位工作、家庭美滿，卻罹患早發性家族遺傳阿茲海默症的中年患者，讓不少人藉此對失智症有了更深刻的體認及了解，謝祖武今（5）日公益代言失智症關懷專線，談起高齡88歲的母親已失智7年，雖忍不住紅了眼眶，但仍以親身陪伴經驗向病友及家屬喊話希望大家不要覺得孤單。

謝祖武強調，失智症對一個家庭的衝擊很大，尤其失智者的主要照顧者更是辛苦，在母親罹病之後，他對失智症有了更多的體認，十分樂意擔任「失智友善大使」，希望大家覺得不孤單，因為很多人都有一樣的經歷，他也呼籲政府該投入更多經費在失智者家庭。

衛福部與台灣失智症協會合作提供的失智症關懷專線服務（0800-474-580失智時，我幫您），目前提供一天12小時的失智症電話諮詢服務，就是希望能協助失智家庭獲得資源並解決困境，以提升失智者及家屬的生活品質。

台灣失智症協會理事長賴德仁指出，失智症關懷專線服務由社工、護理、心理等專業人員提供專業諮詢服務，服務已上線超過10年，去年就有6660通諮詢電話，相較5年前，成長了4倍。

個案追蹤部分，目前一年也有近3000筆諮詢數，眼見需求越來越大，專線服務時間已由過去一天8小時，增加到一天12小時，每周一至五上午9點至晚上9點提供電話諮詢服務。

賴德仁說，民眾來電，就醫、照顧以及資源是最常問的3大類問題，不少人甚至劈頭就問家人疑似失智了，要看什麼科？不願就醫怎麼辦？而隨著高齡化社會的來臨，失智症人口快速上升，這支專線的存在更是不可或缺，可即時解決民眾問題，減輕心理上的壓力。

國藝會贈書教學推廣小說閱讀風氣

【台灣醒報記者蔡岳宏台北報導】「這個世代的孩子有耐心、能力和方法閱讀20萬字的小說嗎？」北一女中教師高志駿30日於「小說課，怎麼教？小說青年培養皿分享會」上如此詢問。為推廣高中學子閱讀長篇小說風氣，國藝會特別邀請北一女中、師大附中等教師分享小說教學經驗。北一女中教師陳麗明表示，長篇小說有足夠材料，讓學生可以找到有共鳴的文句能宣洩情緒，有學生甚至還沒開始讀小說，就先向她哭訴半小時。

「小說非常適合開設高中特色課程。」高志駿表示，焦點討論法能引導學生發掘對事物的感受，適合藝術品的討論。高志駿利用全聯廣告作示範，學生必須從每一張廣告照片，分析出廣告為何如此表現的原因。高志駿強調，「你看到和感受到什麼？必須尋找你的解釋並做出詮釋，每個學生都有自己的詮釋，沒有標準答案，小說也是如此，是開放的、有各別私密的經驗。」

「長篇小說有足夠材料，讓學生能找到有共鳴的文句宣洩情緒。」陳麗明回憶說，為鼓勵學生讀小說，她特別找籃球隊的同學一起閱讀，結果只有一個學生來，而且讀了10分鐘就讀不下去，「小說的敘述太詳細，細到讓我看不下去。」陳麗明只好一頁一頁伴讀，再撐了10分鐘才放棄。但後來學生回家後竟自己讀了80頁，並坦承小說其實並不難讀，甚至分享許多有共鳴的句子，讓她大受感動。

為帶動校園閱讀台灣小說的風氣，國藝會30日於師大附中舉辦「小說青年培養皿」計畫。國藝會總監藍恭旭表示，小說是一切敘述的源頭，為幫助高中生理解並閱讀小說，國藝會免費提供小說給教師進行教學，雖會派人至教學現場觀摩，但不干涉老師的教學方式，也沒有要求同學繳交報告。透過教學社群、工作會議，進行教學分享、校際交流等方式，讓小說出版後能和教育現場連結。
